Do my colleagues need a new mailbox?
No. Each person keeps the personal Gmail account they already use. Featport connects the company address to that inbox; there is no second mailbox to check.
Can Featport read our email?
Message content is relayed, not stored. Featport keeps the records it needs to run the service — addresses, delivery status, DNS state — and the body of your mail lives in your own Gmail.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your domain and your mail are yours. Everything already delivered stays in your Gmail. You change the DNS records back and mail flows the way it did before.
Is this for sending marketing campaigns?
No, and deliberately so. Featport carries person-to-person business mail. There is no mailing list, no contact import and no bulk send, which is part of why domains on it keep a clean reputation.
